Support
Reptics is intentionally small and local-first. If something is not counting correctly, a purchase will not restore, or an Apple integration is not behaving as expected, start here.

When reporting a bug
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Reptics version, counting mode, and a short description of what happened.
Things worth checking first.
Vision mode is not counting reliably. What should I check?
Place the iPhone where the front camera has a clear view of your face through the movement. Avoid a very dark room or a position where your face leaves the camera view. If the setup is awkward, try proximity or manual tap mode.
Why does Reptics ask for camera access?
Camera access is used only when you choose Vision counting. Reptics processes the frames on the iPhone to detect movement for repetitions. You can use proximity or manual counting without Vision mode.
How do I enable Apple Health?
Start from the Health integration inside Reptics and approve the requested Apple Health permission. You can review or revoke that permission later in the Health app or iOS Settings.
Game Center is not connecting. What should I do?
Confirm that Game Center is enabled for your Apple account in iOS Settings and that you are signed in. Then reopen Reptics. Game Center availability and account status are managed by Apple.
How do I restore Lifetime Unlock?
Use the restore-purchase option in Reptics while signed in with the Apple account that made the original purchase. App Store purchase history and restoration are handled by Apple.
Does Reptics upload my workout videos?
No. Vision counting is designed to process camera frames on the device for repetition detection; Reptics does not need a Reptics server upload to count your workout.
