1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Reptics, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Fitness use and safety
Reptics is a workout tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for deciding whether exercise is appropriate for you and for using safe technique and surroundings. Stop exercising and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or other concerning symptoms.
Counts, calorie estimates, streaks, sensor detections, and other app outputs may be imperfect and should not be relied on for medical or safety-critical decisions.
3. License to use Reptics
Subject to these terms and the applicable App Store rules, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Reptics on Apple devices associated with your account.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass technical restrictions in the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Lifetime Unlock
Reptics may offer a one-time Lifetime Unlock through the Apple App Store. A Lifetime Unlock is not a recurring subscription. It unlocks the paid features included in the version of Reptics for which the purchase is offered, subject to the continued availability and technical compatibility of the app.
Purchases, receipts, restoration, billing, and refunds are handled through Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store terms and refund processes. Reptics does not independently process your payment-card information.
“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Reptics product as made available and supported, not to the lifetime of an individual user, device, or company.
5. Apple services and third-party features
Some Reptics features can interact with services provided by Apple, including Apple Health, Game Center, notifications, widgets, and the App Store. Those services may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability requirements, and device or account limitations.
You are responsible for the Apple account, device permissions, and system settings needed for optional integrations you choose to use.
6. Availability and changes to the app
We may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features as Reptics evolves. Features may also depend on iOS versions, hardware capabilities, Apple APIs, or services outside our control.
We aim to keep Reptics useful and functional, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or future operating-system version.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reptics is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect counting accuracy, fitness results, or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Reptics. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use when Reptics, its business model, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when revised terms are published.
